POETRY IS WHAT THE SOULS OF THE ANCIENTS SPEAK TO THOSE STILL SEEKING WHAT IS MOST BEAUTIFUL IN THE WORLD. FROM: LINDA

The photograph that inspired my poem "This Is a Good Thing" recently published (May 29, 2017) in The VoicesProject. It can be read in its entirety at www.thevoicesproject.org.
I have this Sun Rubber So Wee Babe doll. It is too fragile for my granddaughters to play with. My granddaughters play with my pink, white, peach, light brown, and dark brown baby dolls...both granddaughters, one brown skin and one peachy skin. They giggle and put hands over their own mouths as if not wanting to let too much giggle escape all at once. It is a good thing. Love your poem so much!
